Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Project Manager at TMS Construction, Inc., you will play a key role in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations. Your leadership and attention to detail will be crucial in making sure that each project is completed successfully.

️ Please note: This position is based in our Monument, CO headquarters and requires relocation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead projects from concept to completion—on time and on budget.

• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules with precision.

• Coordinate across teams—clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers—to keep the project on track.

• Perform regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

• Communicate with clients—build trust, provide updates, and manage expectations.

• Track and control costs, materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.

• Proactively solve issues and eliminate roadblocks before they become delays.

You're a Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience with Walmart, fuel/convenience store, or retail construction (strong plus)..

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

• Willingness to relocate to Monument, CO.

• Familiarity with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• The ability to travel 60% of the time to project locations.

• OSHA or other safety certifications ().
