Project Manager - Commercial Construction
A growing construction in Kansas City is seeking to add a Project Manager to their staff.
The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- Communicate project milestones, ensuring timely execution of projects according to plan
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations Management in discussions to outline the scope of work including expectations and specifications
- Proactively identify risks and issues and work to develop creative, client-centric, and cost-effective solutions
- Document specific project issues and resolutions
- Project estimating
- Lead in project completion assessment with total Operations team and implement any necessary corrective actions
- Tracking job costs
- Handle project closeouts
Job Requirements
- 7+ years project management experience
- Experience within the commercial construction industry a must
- Experience doing estimating a must
- Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
- Strong MS Office and Excel experience
