Location: Colnbrook | Contract Type: Permanent | Working Pattern: Full Time
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Limited nightwork when required - flexibility and adaptability required
Candidates must:
Have the RTW in the UK
Be able to obtain an airside pass
Have worked in the UK for the past 5 years
Be able to obtain a DBS & clear criminal record

About the Role:
As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing engineering projects, ensuring they meet key milestones and client expectations. Your mission will be to maintain strong relationships with clients, manage project resources effectively, and achieve the minimum expected profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning of projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and conditions are met.
Client Relations: Foster long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for new commercial proposals.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, income, and costs, performing monthly economic monitoring of ongoing projects.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal procedures, promoting a safe working environment.What You Bring:
Education: A university degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or similar) and Project Management Professional Certification.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management within the airport sector or a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of products, project management tools (like Primavera or MSP), and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish is , with excellent communication skills.
