We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and manage project teams including Superintendents and field staff
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting regulations
  • Maintain detailed records, especially for federally or state-funded projects
  • Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects over $5M
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Extensive field experience is a plus


Work Environment:

  • Office and field-based work with exposure to construction site conditions
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional travel required
  • Remote work up to 20%
