McGarity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the day-to-day engagement lead on a government management training contract.Your responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client liaison ]
• Manage project schedule, milestones, deliverable reviews, and approval workflows
• Lead weekly governance and status meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional team of instructional designers, facilitators, and subject matter experts
• Manage risk, issues, and scope changes
• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards

Required qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent (required)
• 5+ years managing learning and development or professional services contracts
• Experience managing government or municipal contracts strongly
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills
• Ability to be named as Key Personnel on a government proposal immediately
