Job Description

We’re Hiring – Project Manager Large Format Graphics & signage

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at AIM Graphics London Ltd, a fast-moving, high-energy print agency working with some of the UK’s leading fit-out contractors, serviced office providers, agencies and design groups. If you love seeing projects come to life from plan to production to install – this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reading scaled drawings and plans, extracting measurements and details for quoting
• Specifying materials and obtaining supplier quotes
• Preparing client quotations accurately and competitively
• Managing jobs through production from start to finish, ensuring margin and quality are maintained
• Conducting site surveys and attending installs
• Overseeing installations on site and managing client QC sign-off
• Building strong relationships with existing clients to help us hit sales targets and deliver exceptional service

Working as part of a tight-knit team of 3 project managers who live and breathe the “Yes Attitude”

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in large format print, signage & Installation project management
• Strong technical understanding – confident reading scaled drawings to pull out specs
• Organised, detail-driven and commercially aware
• Confident communicator with clients, suppliers and installers alike
• Hands-on and happy to be out on site ensuring things are right

Location: London (nationwide travel as required)
