Project Manager

The Project Manager leads all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role serves as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and field installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of complex or high-value construction projects
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders
• Oversee procurement strategies, vendor evaluations, and material coordination
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; resolve conflicts and optimize resources
• Interpret contracts, manage scope, and resolve claims or disputes
• Conduct site visits focused on risk management and client relationships
• Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and audit-ready project records
• Lead monthly project reviews with executive-level reporting and performance analysis
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field ()
• 7+ years of construction project management and Curtain Wall experience
• Proven success managing complex or high-value projects
• Experience with curtain wall systems, unitized wall systems, structural glass, or architectural metal panels
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar software)
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as project needs require
