We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HSI STEM METAS grant program from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Reporting to the Director-Grants Administration
  • Lead and Coordinates the success of the Department of Education.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in public policy, education, or a related field. Master's degree in public policy, education, or related field

• Three years of program or project administration work experience within Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI’s) and/or STEM

• A combination of education and experience may be taken into consideration based on the applicant’s credentials, provided the minimum degree requirement is met

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing and managing grant funded projects in a complex organization with many different stakeholders possessing different perspectives, assets, and challenges

• Experience leading projects or programs from concept through implementation • Demonstrated commitment to , equity, and work

• Ability to think critically and creatively • Ability to work effectively in team-based settings and within a culturally diverse environment.
