Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Charleston, SC. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing inspections, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves handling logistics and managing project documentation to ensure smooth operations throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely procurement and delivery of resources
• Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Expertise in Logistics Management to plan and execute efficient workflows
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field ()
• Experience in multifamily residential construction is a strong advantage
