PROJECT MANAGER – HOME REMODELING

\n

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our residential remodeling team.

\n

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of residential construction and can confidently manage multiple remodeling projects at the same time—from footer/foundation through final punch list.

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously

\n

• Oversee projects from footer/foundation to final punch list

\n

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections

\n

• Communicate regularly and professionally with homeowners

\n

• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors

\n

• Review plans, scopes of work, and project specifications

\n

• Keep projects moving according to schedule

\n

• Identify and resolve job-site issues before they cause delays

\n

• Monitor workmanship and ensure our quality standards are met

\n

• Coordinate materials and ensure they are available when needed

\n

• Manage change orders and additional work throughout the project

\n

• Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists

\n

\n

What we're looking for:

\n

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of residential construction and remodeling. You should understand the entire construction process and be comfortable managing projects involving framing, roofing, windows and doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, tile, painting, and finish work.

\n

You must be organized, dependable, proactive, and an excellent communicator. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their projects, manage several moving parts at once, and keep homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team informed.

\n

Qualifications:

• Residential construction/remodeling experience required

\n

• Project management or construction management experience

\n

• Ability to manage multiple active jobs

\n

• Strong scheduling and organizational skills

\n

• Excellent customer communication skills

\n

• Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work

\n

• Strong problem-solving skills

\n

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

\n

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

\n
