Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out Location: Cardiff Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package We're working with a leading retail fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail projects across [Location] and the surrounding area. The Role * Full project lifecycle management of retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes, from pre-start through to handover * Managing programme, budget, quality and health and safety across multiple live projects * Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget * Acting as the main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and producing reports * Overseeing variations, cost control and financial reporting alongside the commercial team * Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations and company H&S procedures The Candidate * Proven Project Manager experience within retail fit-out, shopfitting or commercial interiors * Strong track record of delivering live-environment and new-build store projects * Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills * Commercially aware, with experience managing project budgets * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential) * Relevant degree or construction qualification (desirable) * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel The Package * £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary * Car allowance or company car * Pension and holiday allowance * Long-term pipeline of work with a well-established contractor If you're an experienced Project Manager looking for your next move, apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
