Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager South Wales starting as soon as possible for long term work.\n\nKey Responsibilites -\n\nManaging multiple small-value fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.\n\nOverseeing project costs and budgets using Quantity Surveying experience to control expenditure, track vriations, and maximise profitability.\n\nCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery across multipul live sites.\n\nManaging procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries.\n\nIf you're intrested get in touch
