Pay Scale and benefits: Salary $75,000-$110,000 plus spiffs

Work Hours: 7:00am until complete
Primary Job Function: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing commercial and residential HVAC
projects from award through completion. This position ensures projects are completed
safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, contract
requirements, and applicable building codes. The ideal candidate is an organized leader
with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and
a commitment to developing project team members through training and mentorship.
Reports to: Vice President of Construction
Required Qualifications:
Insurable by Company insurance carrier
Valid drivers license
Willingness to invest time in training

Understanding of local building codes and

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
Operate company vehicle as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisor and carry
them out in timely manner.
Report problems with company tools or
vehicles promptly.
Work well with customers, co-workers and
other subcontractors
HVAC system layout and coordination
Track progress of all jobs
Complete day by day breakdown for all jobs
Ability to work staggered schedule if
required.
Maintain professional appearance and
attitude.
Manage a group of jobs until completion
Order all materials, equipment, and parts for
the field in a timely manner. 4 days out
Report all changes in the field properly
