Are you passionate about transforming underutilized land into thriving community assets? A well-established environmental consulting and engineering group is looking for a Project Manager to lead Brownfield redevelopment and remediation projects across the region.

This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact urban renewal, sustainability, and community growth while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment that values both technical expertise and people skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, from site assessment and remediation to design and construction.

  • Guide clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives and funding opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs.

  • Collaborate with developers, local governments, community groups, and consulting partners.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.

  • Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules — tracking costs and identifying opportunities to expand services.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of Brownfield redevelopment experience, including Phase I & II environmental site assessments and remediation.

  • At least 5 years of project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, state Brownfield programs).

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience advising municipalities on redevelopment incentives.

  • Proposal writing and business development background.

  • Mentoring experience with junior staff.

  • Strong financial acumen in project budgets and cost tracking.
