Are you passionate about transforming underutilized land into thriving community assets? A well-established environmental consulting and engineering group is looking for a Project Manager to lead Brownfield redevelopment and remediation projects across the region.
This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact urban renewal, sustainability, and community growth while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment that values both technical expertise and people skills.
What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, from site assessment and remediation to design and construction.

Guide clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives and funding opportunities.

Ensure compliance with EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs.

Collaborate with developers, local governments, community groups, and consulting partners.

Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules — tracking costs and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture.
What We’re Looking For
-
5–10 years of Brownfield redevelopment experience, including Phase I & II environmental site assessments and remediation.

At least 5 years of project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, state Brownfield programs).

Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
Nice to Have:

Experience advising municipalities on redevelopment incentives.

Proposal writing and business development background.

Mentoring experience with junior staff.

Strong financial acumen in project budgets and cost tracking.
