Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities

• Spearhead design and analysis of bridges, culverts, and structural systems
• Manage multimillion-dollar state and local infrastructure projects
• Direct bridge inspection programs and compliance initiatives

• Oversee construction administration and project delivery
• Develop and mentor structural engineering team members
• Drive business development through industry engagement
• Ensure project profitability and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (MS )
• PE license in Pennsylvania (NJ license a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive bridge engineering experience
• Proven expertise with PennDOT design standards and procedures
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
