You’ll be joining a long‑established steel fabrication and erection company with more than 50 years in the industry — a business trusted across commercial, education, healthcare, entertainment, and municipal projects.

\n
They’ve just expanded with a brand‑new facility. Work is flowing. The team is growing. And they’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving with confidence.

What You’ll Lead
\n
- \n
- Run projects end‑to‑end — from kickoff to final delivery
- Build & maintain schedules for drawings, fabrication, and shipping
- Review submittals & shop drawings with accuracy
- Coordinate with the shop on sequencing, accelerations, and delays
- Work with shipping to ensure timely, correct deliveries
- Issue change orders for material/labor outside contract scope
- Resolve job‑site issues while protecting cost impact
- Schedule shop & field work, order materials, manage equipment

What we are looking for
\n
- \n
- 3+ years’ experience in steel construction project management
- Strong blueprint/spec interpretation skills
- Deep understanding of steel construction processes, materials, scheduling, equipment, budgeting, and negotiation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Assertive communicator with strong conflict‑management skills
- Comfortable working with diverse PM teams
- Background in AISC, structural steel, or miscellaneous metals
