Key Responsibilities

Perform oversight of all project phases from bidding to final closeout

Negotiate subcontractor agreements and oversee material purchasing for cost-efficiency

Implement site logistics plans and ensure timely submittals and material procurement

Maintain project schedules, lead project coordination meetings, and enforce quality standards

Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout project duration

Collaborate with Superintendents to create and implement site-specific safety plans

Monitor project progress and report updates to internal leadership teams

Supervise and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative team environment

Manage project contracts, document project activities, and oversee warranty and closeout processes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field

Minimum of 7 years of industry experience managing construction projects

Ability to work across project sites in Los Angeles and Orange County

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with construction management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
