Service Dept. Project Manager

Oversee service department, coordinate home maintenance and small projects. Requires strong communication, planning, multitasking, and attention to detail. If you're punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!
Full-time, 8-4:30; on site in person

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with employees and subcontractors.

· Plan and execute projects on time and budget.

· Communicate with clients and provide updates.

· Review billing and monitor labor.

· Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance.

· Prepare weekly reports on progress, budgets, and risks.

· Handle delays, emergencies, and problems.

· Comply with safety and building codes.

· Review contracts and specifications.

· Manage material lists.

· Monitor project budgets and costs.

· Work on multiple projects and conduct site visits.

Qualifications:

· Experience as a Project Manager in construction or maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

· Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

· Proficient in project management tools, able to meet deadlines.

· Trustworthy with a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage teams and budgets.

· Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience .

· Knowledge of building code regulations.

· Good at building relationships.

· Working knowledge of electrical installations.

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, working Monday to Friday (8-4:30)
