\n Program & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project and program execution
\n
whilemaintaining clear visibility into where the work sits within the Project Manag

\n Portfolio & Risk Management: Apply portfolio management principles to
\n
balancepriorities, capacity, risk, and value across multiple initiatives. Identify, asse
\n
ss, andprioritize risk holistically across business functions and the broader program or por

tfolio—not just individual projects. Structure and maintain program governance foru
\n
ms thatsurface risks early and ensure mitigation occurs at the appropriate decision-making
\n
\n
level.
\n Project Scope Management: Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders t
\n
o definebusiness benefits, measurable outcomes, business requirements, and projec
\n
t scope.Manage change control processes, clearly articulating impacts to scope, timelin

e, cost,quality, and organizational pri

orities.
\n Project Time Management: Define integrated project schedules, ma

nage taskassignments, and track progress against milestones. Anticipate depe

ndencies,constraints, and critical path risks, adjusting plans as needed to maintain

momentum.
\n Project Cost Management: Facilitate level-of-effort estimation and dev

\n Project Quality & Methodology: Provide guidance and direction on project

managementmethodology and best practices, ensuring alignment with client's stand

\n Tools & Ways of Working: Leverage tools such as Airtable (or similar
