Position Summary: The Project Manager Bath Unit supports the functionality, growth and profitability of Kitchen Magics bath remodeling division. This role is responsible for taking projects sold and expediting them to completion while maintaining a strong customer service impression. The role will also be influential in validating the efficiency and success of the bath product line. The Bath Project Manager works cross-functionally to improve customer conversion, oversee project quality, and ensure customer satisfaction, in pursuit of growing this bath division for long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product development with Marketing teams, validating our product selections to improve sales, profit and effective installations
• Vendor management with Marketing and Purchasing to introduce and set up new products and vendors while determining our best associated costs.
• Oversee and ensure appropriate supply chain for suppliers are meeting demands from Bath products
• Inspect projects for opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce customer concerns. Involvement in escalations needing resolution while fostering a customer centric culture and handling escalations with empathy and urgency.
• Partner with FOMs to ensure staffing of appropriate quality installers for Bath projects
• Inventory & delivery management of bath products and review with production
• Other job responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Education Required: High School Diploma/GED required
• Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in home remodeling; 3+ years of bath experience and 3+ years of project management experience .
• Certifications: None required
• Physical requirements: Must be able to work in an office environment, sit for up to 8 hours per day, and stand or walk for short periods of time as needed. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.

  • Experience with budgeting, expense management, and vendor negotiations
