Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Workplace Solutions team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke - with travel to sites and offices as required

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in the successful delivery of projects across the portfolio.

Your day to day will include:

• Maintaining and growing client and key stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring safety is always managed as the number one priority
• Monitoring subcontractors, temporary works, site audits, quality checks, and compliance
• Supporting project delivery, planning, reporting, forecasting, and safety
• Engaging with wider Kier teams including H&S, Environmental, Commercial, Finance, Compliance & FM

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely certification
• You have a strong understanding of CDM and a commitment to safety culture
• You bring excellent communication skills and are proficient in MS Office
• You hold a full driving licence as travel within the UK is involved
