Project Manager - Rail Systems\n Location: Melksham, UK\n Position: Full-time\n \nAbout the Role:\n We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale rail systems projects. You will take projects from initiation through to completion, managing technical, commercial, and stakeholder aspects.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n \nLead and coordinate project teams and stakeholders. \nManage client relationships and expectations throughout the project.
\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. \nPlan, implement, and track project tasks, timelines, and budgets. \nEnsure compliance with HSEQ standards and manage project risks.
\nProvide regular updates to senior management. \nMaximise opportunities through project change management processes. Requirements:\n \nDegree in engineering or technical discipline.
\nProven experience managing large-scale technical projects, preferably in rail systems. \nCommercial and contract management experience. \nStrong knowledge of project management methods (Prince2 or APM certification ).
\nSkilled in risk management, strategic planning, and change management. \nExperience managing teams and projects on customer sites is an advantage. \nWillingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
