If our office was a NASCAR racing team, you would be the Pit Crew Chief. After all, Races are won and lost on pit lane On our line of construction, the Project Manager is the Crew Chief. As our Project Manager you handle the customer satisfaction, quality of work, and prompt completion of work orders. In this role, you also recruit the initial and ongoing sub-contractors to meet the demand of changing sales volumes.
After receiving the hand-off of a submitted client project, you become the face of the company for the project until completion. This position is based largely in the field conducting daily site visits, running materials, moving crews as necessary, and ensuring the jobsite safety on all projects. Project Managers must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service, but as a consummate professional, you know this already.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- History of accomplishment and promotion
- Familiarity with various roofing systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or proven success working with Spanish speaking crews

- Effective communicator
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- No fear of heights
