Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the commercial sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and address issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
