Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the seamless planning, organisation, and delivery of AV integration projects. Working with a dedicated team including a Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, the Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the end-to-end success of installations.\n\nThis role is predominantly office/remote-based, but will require flexibility for site attendance depending on the project scope and client requirements. Some international travel (mainly within the EU) at short notice will also be required.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Take full ownership of allocated projects from handover through to completion, documentation, and service transition.\n\n * \n\n Define and manage project programmes, schedules, and resources.\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress and adjust plans to align with client/contractor schedules and internal availability.\n\n * \n\n Lead and chair project meetings/workshops, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.\n\n * \n\n Manage key aspects of projects including:\n\n * \n\n Programme & risk management\n\n * \n\n Budgeting, invoicing, and financial control\n\n * \n\n Resource allocation & scheduling\n\n * \n\n Change management & delay/EOT management\n\n * \n\n Client/contractor expectation management\n\n * \n\n Quality assurance and project sign-off\n\n * \n\n Oversee deployment of Project Engineer and effective use of Project Coordinator.\n\n * \n\n Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.\n\n * \n\n Manage client financial obligations, ensuring invoicing and payments are correctly processed before equipment is released.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with internal teams (Design, Commissioning, Fabrication, Warehouse, etc.) for smooth project execution.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and submit weekly project updates to management.\n\n * \n\n Deliver professional client handovers, including training, documentation, and as-built records.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing AV integration or related technical projects.\n\n * \n\n Strong all-round technical knowledge of AV solutions and manufacturer products.\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational and communication skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.\n\n * \n\n Professional, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel abroad within the EU, sometimes at short notice.\n\nPackage\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary (negotiable, based on experience)\n\n * \n\n Overtime scheme\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday (including Christmas allocation, subject to management decision)\n\n * \n\n Uniform provided\n\n * \n\n Modern working environment\n\n * \n\n Free refreshments/snacks available in office locations
