Cornerstone Construction is seeking a dedicated, organized, and people-focused Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to lead teams effectively while upholding Cornerstone’s values.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Upholding Cornerstone’s core values in all interactions and decisions.
• Ensuring excellent customer relationships and strong team communication.
• Staying current on building codes, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.
• Conducting regular site visits and creating detailed punch lists
• Communicating clearly with clients to gather input and provide daily updates.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Leading field teams and subcontractors with professionalism and positive direction.
• Scheduling materials, employees, and subcontractors for efficient project flow.
• Managing project budgets, documenting change orders, and communicating overages promptly.
• Collaborating closely with the Cornerstone team to achieve excellence in every project.

Compensation & Experience Requirements

• $82,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance raises
• Project commissions offering the opportunity to earn well over $100,000 per year
• Minimum 8 years of residential construction experience required
• Preference given to candidates with custom home and/or residential remodeling experience
