THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Architect to join our leadership track. This role is ideal for someone seeking real responsibility, creative freedom, and the chance to lead in a fast-growing region. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence, technical rigor, and client satisfaction 
• Overseeing project teams, consultants, and contractors 
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations in line with firm and client goals 
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts 
• Mentor Junior Designers and Interns 
• Support permitting, construction admin, and quality control 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management 
• 5+ years experience in an architecture or AEC environment 
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite 
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships with confidence 
• Experience with community-facing or institutional work a plus
