Overview

CTG is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead digital initiatives with a focus on chatbots and conversational AI. You’ll drive delivery across multiple teams, manage project budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes using Agile practices.

Location: Houston, TX onsite, prefer local candidates
Duration: 12 months

W2 only.

Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects and epics.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion best practices across teams.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the key stakeholder liaison.

• Provide clear reporting and executive updates on project health.

What You Bring:

• Proven project management experience in digital/technology environments.

• Expertise with Agile methodologies and facilitation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing project financials.

• Familiarity with AI, chatbot, or conversational technology initiatives is a plus.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent .

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
