Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will support the Clean Transportation team in the oversight and execution of EV charging programs. The role involves managing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking project performance, and supporting program operations across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, track, and manage multiple contracts across several solicitations, including contracts with support contractors and program awardees
• Support and manage projects related to NYSERDA EV charging programs
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely progress on deliverables, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support
• Track, document, and report on project performance, including scope, schedule, and budget across multiple installation projects
• Develop materials such as presentations, status reports, and internal documentation to communicate program progress
• Assist with solicitations and contract management across Clean Transportation programs and the Integrated Energy Solutions (IES) team
• Perform additional duties that support Clean Transportation team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to initiate, track, and manage multiple contracts and interact with external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow and establish processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop clear project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management
• Familiarity with clean transportation, electric vehicles, or EV charging programs
• Experience working with stakeholders such as government agencies, utilities, or contractors
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Minimal travel required
