OnQ Project Managers are the drivers of our business. From kickoff to in-store delivery, PMs orchestrate every moving part — balancing client expectations, design creativity, engineering feasibility, and production reality. You’ll own projects end-to-end, delivering real impact as displays launch in retailers across the country.
Mid-Level Project Managers exhibit a strong understanding of product manufacturing and a strong project management skill set. They independently manage basic and mid-level projects from initiation through invoicing, coordinating internal teams and third parties toward flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate internal resources and third parties toward the flawless execution of projects. 
● Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets; handle project billings and invoice requests. 
● Assist in defining project scope and requirements with relevant stakeholders. 
● Attend stakeholder meetings to confirm project objectives, in-store variables, and program risks. 
● Act as primary day-to-day POC between OnQ and applicable stakeholders, managing expectations and timelines. 
● Analyze retailer data and category/fixture layouts and translate them into internal production and materials orders. 
● Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements (internal and external).
● Develop detailed project plans and track progress against key milestones.
● Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using defined change-control processes. 
● Ensure efficient workflow and handoffs across departments throughout the program lifecycle. 
● Measure project performance using provided tools.
● Identify, report, and escalate issues/risks to management as needed. 
● Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. 
● Work with OnQ CA, OH, and third-party warehouses on pack-out, shipping, and distribution.
General Expectations
● Own day-to-day delivery for assigned projects with limited oversight.
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
● Adapt to shifting scopes and timelines with composure.
● Serve as the bridge between creative, engineering, and production.
● Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and trade-offs.
● Model organized, disciplined project execution for Junior PMs.
Required Skills & Experience
● College degree or equivalent work experience.
● 2–3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in design, engineering, or retail. 
● Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects and product manufacturing/assembly. 
● Understanding of warehousing, inventory, and shipping practices. 
● Working knowledge of QA/QC practices in product manufacturing. 
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. 
● Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and attention to detail. 
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management methodologies.
