Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - ADM position for our client.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Manage ADM initiatives across full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

• Act as Agile Champion, driving Agile ceremonies, adoption, and team alignment.

• Oversee reporting and project documentation using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for delivery success.

• Apply TPM and Risk Decisioning Technologies Domain expertise across project workstreams.

Skills:

• Agile methodologies

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Microsoft SharePoint

• PowerBI

• TPM & Risk Decisioning Technologies Domain

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience:

• Successful track record managing technology or ADM projects.

• Experience leading Agile teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Background in risk management and project reporting.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
