Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Addison, TX (4 days on-site Monday - Thursday)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–5 Years)

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager for a 6-month contract role to oversee healthcare technology projects focused on online interfaces and data delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will be an agile-minded leader who can manage full project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience with Jira, and familiarity with Confluence is strongly .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and QA teams to define and deliver project objectives.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards for tracking tasks, sprints, epics, and project progress.
• Coordinate project documentation and collaboration in Confluence ().
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and communication for all assigned projects.
• Drive accountability and clear communication across healthcare technology, online interface, and data delivery initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with compliance and security requirements relevant to healthcare data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing technical projects in the healthcare domain, especially those involving online platforms or data pipelines.
• Proficient in Jira for task management and tracking.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration ().
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
