Project Manager 3 – Enterprise IT Oversight & Business Process Analysis
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid / Onsite as Required)
Duration: 3+ Months (Contract, potential extension)
iSphere is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to lead complex technology-driven projects and business process improvement efforts. This role requires advanced project management skills, strong business analysis capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale public sector initiatives. The selected candidate will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while driving the development of functional and technical documentation across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-visibility, technology-related projects from initiation through delivery.

Oversee project planning, task assignments, and resource coordination in a matrixed team environment.

Manage project deliverables to meet quality standards, security requirements, and contractual obligations.

Drive collaboration with internal teams and contractors to define goals, track performance, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Facilitate business analysis activities, including business process documentation, gap analysis, and reengineering.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation: budgets, work plans, schedules, risks, and technical requirements.

Support the creation of solicitation materials such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Offers (RFOs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Ensure alignment with state-level project delivery methodologies and frameworks.

Monitor and evaluate third-party vendor performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Document detailed requirements for IT systems, with an emphasis on enterprise solutions and cloud implementations.
