Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid / Onsite as Required)
Duration: 3+ Months (Contract, potential extension)

iSphere is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to lead complex technology-driven projects and business process improvement efforts. This role requires advanced project management skills, strong business analysis capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale public sector initiatives. The selected candidate will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while driving the development of functional and technical documentation across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-visibility, technology-related projects from initiation through delivery.

• Oversee project planning, task assignments, and resource coordination in a matrixed team environment.

• Manage project deliverables to meet quality standards, security requirements, and contractual obligations.

• Drive collaboration with internal teams and contractors to define goals, track performance, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate business analysis activities, including business process documentation, gap analysis, and reengineering.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation: budgets, work plans, schedules, risks, and technical requirements.

• Support the creation of solicitation materials such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Offers (RFOs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Ensure alignment with state-level project delivery methodologies and frameworks.

• Monitor and evaluate third-party vendor performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Document detailed requirements for IT systems, with an emphasis on enterprise solutions and cloud implementations.
