Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the healthcare and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. Facilitate communication between project teams and clients, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Prepare and present project documentation, including progress reports and financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the healthcare and commercial construction sectors. Proven experience managing multi-family and industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
