Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is the central primary contact for our customers throughout order execution - from design through manufacturing to testing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Independent coordination of customer requests
• Coordination of interfaces, schedules, and scope of delivery with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow
• Monitoring milestones and preparing regular progress reports
• Supporting factory acceptance tests and customer visits
• Change management
• Proactively initiating lessons learned to improve execution performance

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in project management or order execution
• Proficient in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 modules SD, MM is desirable
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills, customer , analytical abilities, and assertiveness
