Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Boiler Systems

Apache Junction, AZ | Full-Time | $80,000 – $100,000/year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial boiler system projects from planning through completion. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures that boiler installations, retrofits, repairs, and service projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a licensed trades professional with deep knowledge of boiler systems, steam, and mechanical building systems, paired with proven project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple boiler, mechanical, and plumbing projects simultaneously, ensuring safety, quality, and budget standards are met
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, logistics, and equipment/material coordination
• Conduct site visits to review progress, enforce safety compliance, and perform quality control inspections
• Mentor and guide Foremen and project staff, ensuring consistent training and development
• Act as the key liaison between clients, office staff, manufacturers, and field teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial boiler systems or mechanical building systems
• Licensed Plumbing Journeyman or Licensed Steam Fitter (required)
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and mechanical/plumbing specifications
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing teams of 3–5+ workers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; bilingualism strongly recommended
