Project Manager – Digital Printing Focus

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 (plus overtime) based upon experience

C2 Imaging, a Vomela company, is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Project Manager with prior experience in digital printing to join our dynamic team. As part of one of North America’s largest and fastest-growing marketing specialty companies, you’ll collaborate with top-tier brands and contribute to impactful visual communications across retail, events, transportation, and more.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-profile clients.

· Manage complex digital print projects from concept to completion.

· Collaborate with account executives, production teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

· Provide expert guidance on digital printing solutions, materials, and production techniques.

· Coordinate with service locations, subcontractors, and installers to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in digital printing is strongly ; familiarity with large-format, offset, or specialty printing is a plus.

· Proven success in project management or customer service roles.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
