Technical & Industry-Specific Skills
- Electrical Knowledge

- Understanding of commercial electrical systems, components, and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
10+ years field experience
Some travel required
- Project Scheduling

- Familiarity with scheduling tools and Procore a bonus.
- Coordinating timelines with foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Procurement & Material Management

- Ordering and tracking electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Code Compliance

- Basic understanding of NEC ( Electrical Code) and local building codes.
Project Management Skills
- Documentation & Reporting

- Assisting in RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, meeting minutes.
- Budget & Cost Control

- Supporting budget tracking and cost reporting to ensure profitability.
- Quality Assurance & Safety

- Knowledge of OSHA standards and job site safety protocols.
- Able to travel out of town to check on projects
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Team Coordination

- Working closely with project managers, field teams, engineers, and clients.
- Client & Vendor Relations
- Assisting with client updates and vendor coordination.
- Conflict Resolution
- Helping resolve field or design issues quickly and diplomatically.

- Project Management Tools
- Procore, Builder trend, or similar.
- Office Tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
