Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close communication with insurance representatives, client/insured, estimator,supervisor, and operations manager to assure scope of work, schedules, and any supplemental work is completed in a quality manner and on a timely basis.
  • Track job progress, achieve time goals, coordinate equipment/staffing, subcontractors, and managing
    daily until project completion.
  • Preform daily pre-job and hand-off meetings with customer, supervisor and estimator.
  • Provide on-site technical training and assess/review/adjust process and protocol as required.
  • Possess the ability to write large scale or large loss estimates as required.
  • Quality control responsibility for assigned projects and all services and products provided by the company.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operations and work in conjunction with administration and sales departments. Foster growth and development of our employees.
  • Assure that we are always delivering world-class service and providing the highest-level customer service experience in the restoration and cleaning industry.
  • Ensure that all operational company policies are adhered to and penalties for infractions are administered fairly & consistently as defined by our company policy handbook.


Qualifications/Standards:

  • Prior supervisory and/or management experience required (5 years + is ).
  • Education: 2 or 4-year degree is but not required.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in residential and commercial DR/CFD/IES services is .
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent use of smartphone, computer (Xactimate, excel, word, outlook, company CRM, etc.).
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities, people skills and the ability to view the big picture.
  • Ability to be flexible, organized and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be pro-active, positive and enthusiastic.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times including being tactful, respectful, and assertive.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
  • Maintain a valid and current driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical exam.
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.


Work Schedule:

  • 40-50 hours per week M-F
  • Willingness to be available as needed for occasional after hours emergencies.
