Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject Manager: Rochelle, IL We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s high-end architectural woodworking team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at coordinating complex projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality results. You will work closely with the team to manage project schedules, materials, manpower, fabrication, communications, and project close-out.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Travel to project sites to obtain measurements, confirm details, and gather necessary information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Provide hands-on problem solving onsite to maintain schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all relevant parties

Skills & Experience:

• Education: HSD, required; formal education,
• Experience: 3+ years in construction or project management, required
• Knowledge: Strong leadership skills & ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously, required
• Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, ShopPAK, ProjectPaK, & Bluebeam, strongly , or similar project management software

Pay: $50,000- $90,000/year, depending on experience
Type: Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site
