Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, particularly within union environments. The candidate must reside in the general area near our corporate headquarters in Cypress, CA, and demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with union trades, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to project staff and field teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (mechanical, plumbing, or piping ).
• Familiarity with public works compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret project drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must live within a reasonable commute to Cypress, CA.
