Project Manager - Store Expansion

Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and opening of multiple new restaurant locations across the DFW area. This role will oversee all aspects of new store construction, from lease execution through grand opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage 5-10 simultaneous new store projects from conception to opening
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time openings
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, equipment suppliers, and permit offices
- Budget Oversight: Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets ($200K-$400K per location)
- Permit & Compliance: Navigate local permitting processes and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections during construction
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and corporate teams
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and provide regular status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years project management experience, preferably in retail/restaurant construction
- PMP certification
- Experience with commercial construction and permitting processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between DFW locations
