The Role As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind assigned construction projects — from contract execution to the final walkthrough. You’ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, keep clients informed, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules and milestones. Track budgets, process change orders, and coordinate invoicing. Serve as the main client point of contact with weekly updates. Lead and support crews, subs, and vendors to maintain safety and quality. Maintain accurate records and ensure code compliance. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills. Comfortable using project management and CRM software. Ability to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
