What your day will look like:

• Manage project timelines from development through launch, keeping R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams aligned
• Lead commercialization meetings, track progress, flag risks, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
• Assess customer opportunities for feasibility, production fit, and cost before committing resources
• Capture and share all ingredient, packaging, labor, and logistics costs ahead of launch
• Provide leadership with clear updates on project status, risks, and resource needs
• Create, update, and maintain product and packaging specifications
• Translate recipes into compliant, production-ready documents
• Define packaging requirements and tolerances for Operations and Quality
• Partner with Quality to set product and packaging standards
• Oversee trials, first runs, and production quality during launches
• Troubleshoot issues and identify ways to improve quality and efficiency
• Ensure audit-ready records for compliance and traceability

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field ()
• 3+ years in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
• Experience with commercialization, packaging, or process development
• Ability to write and implement product and packaging specifications
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FSMA)
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
