Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is proud to be recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of commercial cold storage refrigeration systems, to help coordinate the full lifecycle of installation projects across the Eastern and Central U.S.

This full-time role is based in Ladson, SC and requires short-term travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing communication and timelines between customers, manufacturing, and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process of cold storage refrigeration units from production to on-site deployment

• Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness (e.g., electrical, structural access)

• Ensure manufacturing schedules align with installation timelines

• Schedule installation crews and communicate logistics clearly to all parties

• Participate in planning meetings with contractors and clients to ensure seamless project execution

• Serve as the main point of contact across internal teams, vendors, and customers

• Based in Ladson, SC

• Occasional travel to customer sites, typically 1–3 days per trip

• Travel area includes the Eastern and Central U.S. (as far north as Massachusetts and west to Kansas)

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

• Clear communication and follow-through with internal and external stakeholders

• Self-directed and professional when working independently or on-site

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant field experience

The estimated yearly salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
