Job Summary

The Project Manager role consists of organizing, planing, and executing projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. The Project Manager leads the entire team, defines project goals, communicates with stakeholders, and sees a project through to completion.

Top Duties

  • Liaises between the executive team and various projects
  • Manage projects assigned to completion
  • Manage and track all aspects of assigned projects
  • Coordinate 100% with all project stakeholders
  • Anticipate problems or opportunities related to assigned projects and proactively communicate them to you supervisor

Day to day

  • Coordinate projects to specifications required
  • Oversee milestones of the projects and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the projects
  • Communicate as much as is needed to key stakeholders of said project
  • Respond to customer's email within each business day
  • Handle any other important or urgent issues that arise

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects for assigned account from the moment order handover to completion of the project
  • Source and or assemble needed resources to complete a project
  • Account for contractual requirements and communicate customers expectation with relevant organization inside and outside company
  • Develop overall project execution schedule, communication plan, share cost impact, and risk management plan
  • Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial and technical issues of the project to maximize customers’ satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and field work
  • Other duty as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related (engineering )
  • Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and process PMP certification is a bonus
  • Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
  • Complex problem-solving skills required
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B project management
  • Expertise in the energy/critical power industry is
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
  • Must be able to travel for business when necessary
