We are seeking a passionate, highly-motivated, and social-media savvy Project Manager to work in our office!!

• Location: Natomas, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm
• Pay: 24/hr

Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We are a recycling company primarily serving corporate and government clients. Our mission is to securely recycle used, unwanted, outdated or obsolete batteries and electronic devices. We focus on protecting private information and the environment. We have operated in the Sacramento, California market for over two decades and hold multiple ISO certifications as well as R2 certification.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Providing customer service to existing and new customers

2) Managing and scheduling services

3) Coordinating with appropriate department(s) to ensure fulfillment of service end-to-end

4) Assisting Accounting by reconciling invoices

5) Assisting day-to-day clerical activities

6) Collecting Google Reviews

7) Assisting with marketing online and social media!

8) Overseeing projects

The Ideal Candidate has the following:

1) At least 3 years of customer service experience

2) Excellent computer skills and e-mail etiquette

3) Understanding of modern business practices

4) Social-media savviness

5) Passion for excellence
