Project Manager to oversee creative projects, coordinate with team members, and ensure seamless project execution. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project management, digital marketing, and creative media.

Position Overview
The Project Manager is an unpaid position but there are opportunities for commission and daily stipends. They will be responsible for managing creative projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with client expectations. This offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage creative projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to facilitate a smooth workflow.
• Assist in client communication and provide regular project updates.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for project planning, tracking, and execution.
• Conduct quality control checks on final project deliverables.
• Research industry trends to enhance project efficiency and execution strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong background in graphic design and web design.
• Experience with photo and video editing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in consulting, marketing, or creative production.

*This lasts from September 2025 to May 2026. This is an unpaid position but there are opportunities for commission and daily stipends. We are looking for 2 individuals to work from 930am-230pm or 2pm-7pm Monday-Thursday.
