Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects, with a focus on multi-family residences, including apartments, senior living facilities, and condominiums. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial forecasts
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
