Project Manager

Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor on a on Clearwater Framework Infrastructure project in the London area who are looking for a Project Manager.



The candidate must:



* Have Previous experience working in the water sector.



* Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme.



* Identify project performance requirements, project goals, etc.



* Manage site team.



* Manage plant and site materials.



* Read and understand drawings and project specifications.



* Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.



* Have excellent communication skills and in delegating the importance and implantation of the construction process and hold regular meetings.



* Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.



* Liaise with Clients regularly.



* Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.



* Have in date SMSTS, CSCS.



* EUSR Water Hygiene, Thames Water Passport desirable
